Dvir David Hadary is an associate at Levy Zavet PC, Lawyers and practices primarily in real estate, immigration, and business law. Dvir is licensed to practice law in both Ontario and Israel. He holds both a bachelor’s of law (LL.B.) and masters of law (LL.M.). Prior to joining Levy Zavet PC, Dvir taught legal courses in Humber College’s Business School to paralegal and business students. Simultaneously, he practiced immigration law, serving clients across Canada and overseas.
While practicing in Israel, Dvir served as a Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Eilat. He mainly enforced the planning act for the city. Prior to that, he was employed by the Israeli Foreign Affairs Services as a commercial attaché, and was designated to represent Israel in Europe. Dvir has assisted many Canadian stakeholders with their legal affairs in Israel. Specifically, he located dormant bank accounts/funds in Israel that were abandoned by Israeli emigrants and recouping their proceeds. In addition, he settled plea bargains with the Israeli Military for Israeli emigrants who were declared as deserters after immigrating to Canada. Moreover, he provided services to individuals who required affidavits denoting consent for urgent medical care, wills and estates for property in Israel, letters of opinion (e.g. titles, and market values) for real estate in Israel.
Dvir is recognized by the Israeli court system, and other administrative authorities, as a commissioner of oaths who can satisfy and discharge any function relating to the Israeli legal system within Canadian jurisdiction. Dvir can substitute, in many cases, for the notarial function of the Consulate General of Israel in Toronto. He is also a registered Notary Public with the Consulate General of the United States in Toronto for authentication purposes.
