Shervin Rismani
Biography
Shervin Rismani is a partner at Levy Zavet, where he maintains a multifaceted practice.
He advises and represents institutional as well as private lending corporations on a broad range of matters, including secured financing, securitization, construction financing, and enforcement of mortgage remedies.
Shervin‘s practice also involves commercial and civil litigation with a focus on real estate disputes, construction liens, aborted transactions, joint venture disputes, leasing, and landlord and tenant issues.
