Shanya Navanithy

Shanya Navanithy joined Levy Zavet PC in 2025 as a Student-at-Law and was called to the Ontario Bar on June 2025. Her work spans all aspects of real estate and land development matters, with a particular focus on advising condominium and subdivision developers across Ontario. Her practice includes the structuring and closing of condominium and subdivision projects, property acquisitions and dispositions, and real property financing.

Shanya earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, where she received the Law Society of Upper Canada Education Equity Award and played a pivotal role in ratifying Windsor Law’s first Tamil Students’ Association. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from York University, graduating summa cum laude.

Outside of her legal practice, Shanya is committed to mentoring and teaching students in legal education. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, travelling, spending quality time with family and friends, binging reality tv shows, and training in mixed martial arts.
