Jerome Maraj
Biography
Jerome is an accomplished real estate and corporate lawyer who advises clients on complex legal matters in both real estate and corporate law. He has successfully represented a wide range of clients, from start-ups to large corporations, navigating intricate transactions, negotiations, and regulatory requirements.
In real estate, Jerome has a deep understanding of property acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing. He has worked on high-profile real estate projects, including the acquisition of a multi-residential student housing complex for nearly $50,000,000, acquisition of land for development purposes over $69,000,000, and construction financing for various development projects totaling more than $350,000,000. Jerome is known for his strategic advice, helping clients structure deals that mitigate risk while maximizing returns.
In corporate law, Jerome advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial transactions and general business matters, including compliance, governance, and shareholder agreements. He is adept at negotiating complex contracts and ensuring that clients meet their regulatory requirements.
