Marina Lesho

Marina Lesho is a law clerk in the Real Estate Department at Levy Zavet PC, assisting lawyers in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters.

Marina’s various duties include conducting title searches and off-title due diligence searches, drafting conveyancing and securities documents, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, liaising with clients, solicitors and municipal offices, reviewing and revising closing documentation and final reporting. She focuses on secured lending transactions, involving vacant land, office, industrial and retail properties. She has experience in complex transactions involving multiple properties as well.
