Renata Cvetkova
Biography
Renata Cvetkova is a law clerk in the Real Estate Department at Levy Zavet PC, assisting lawyers in all aspects of residential real estate matters.
Renata’s main focus at the firm is residential real estate law, including but not limited to purchase and sales transactions, refinance and private mortgage closings.
Renata’s various duties include conducting title searches and off-title due diligence searches, drafting conveyancing and securities documents, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, liaising with clients, solicitors and municipal offices, reviewing and revising closing documentation and final reporting. She focuses on secured lending transactions, involving vacant land, office, industrial and retail properties. She has experience in complex transactions involving multiple properties as well.
